I was selected from applicants to participate in the European Creative Futures Program. The week-long course focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation. There were 50 students from 5 different European colleges, the location varies each year between the colleges, it took place in CIT in 2020. I improved my communication and interpersonal skills, by meeting new students from different countries with various academic backgrounds.

 

We collaborated in groups of 5 to create a business plan in multicultural teams, which improved my teamwork, presentation and leadership skills. The course was great fun, I really enjoyed making new connections and participating in cultural events like Irish Ceilis and theatre.
